School Enrolments

Kindergarten 2018 - children born between 1 July 

2013 - 30 June 2014

 

Hillcrest Primary School is now accepting Expression of Interest for 2018.

 

To provide an Expression of Interest, please 

complete Part A of the Enrolment Pack and forward it to the school office together with copies of your child's Birth Certificate and Immunisation Records. We will also need to sight two forms of address identification such as a utility bill or current rental agreement.

If you are unable to print these documents, please come to the office and Mrs McKenzie has the forms available for you to complete and can take copies of any originals you provide. School administration is open school days between 8.15am and 3.30pm.

Enrolment for 2017: Kindergarten - Year 6


Please contact the school as soon as possible if you wish to enrol your student for 2017 at Hillcrest Primary School. We will consider applications for enrolment from students outside our local intake area.

An expression of interest Part A of the Enrolment Pack needs to be completed and it will then be considered by our Associate Principal.

Please drop the completed forms in to school administration with

- birth certificate

- immunisation records

- 2 forms of address identification.

Our School Officer can assist with providing forms and taking copies of original documents.

 

Enrolment for 2018: Year 1 - Year 6

If you intend to move to Hillcrest Primary School for the start of 2018, we would appreciate as early notification as possible to allow for class planning.

School administration closes on Thursday, 21 December 2017 for Christmas holidays. 

If you intend to enrol for 2018 please contact the school as early as possible. If it is during the school holiday period, please contact the school by email

 

Students who apply to enrol at Hillcrest Primary School may be contacted and invited to an enrolment interview with our Associate Principal before commencing.

 

Under the Department of Education's Enrolment Policy, Hillcrest must accommodate families who live in our local area. If you live out of area or are not sure if you reside in the schools local area, please contact us for more information as all applications for enrolment are considered.
